Don't know, but Lord Anubis came to mind for some reason. Maybe ask Him if He could take care of those wandering souls still stuck there?Be sure to clean your aura and chakras thoroughly after working there, every day/night.

That sounds like some negative enemy extraterrestrial mentality...."Using the souls for your own good"....
The only  thing you can get from working in a morgue is seeing the prescense of recently departed people and having deathly energy, usely negative or depressing energy cling to your soul or aura. Like magus said cleanse your aura before and after being inside that place. Hail our Creator God Satan.

You can use the energies, if you are at a very advanced level (read necromancy on JOS witchcraft section). But it is not safe at a beginner or intermediate level because you won't know how to control or manipulate energy. And these are spirits of actual people. There is no saying how they may react.
