So im aware that when working to unblock the granthis vibration and the watchtower nearest the granthi you're trying to unblock is the most effective method but my question is which to start with. The 1st granthi being blocked severely limits life force so i would think it should be the 1st one to work on but i also thought the chakras are supposed to be opened and unblocked from the crown working downwards so im unsure any help would be deeply appreciated
