question bout chakras

ive been wondering bout this for a long time now. what are the shapes of the chakras? is it 4 sided or is it a cone ?

and i have a trouble visualizing the heart chakra. is it shaped like the pyramids in the Mer-ka-bah meditation?

and during the watchtower meditation, should i visualize the main chakra as a bright yellowish white or the brighter of its own colour?

Depends on whose chakras you're refering to. The chakras of humans are pyramid shaped while the Gods' chakras are cone-shaped.

The heart chakra looks much like the graphic on the JoS site in the opening the heart chakra page, it's like a yoni (and DON'T ask whether is a horizontal or a vertical yoni!).

And you visualize every chakra you vibrate the mantra in INCLUDING the extensions getting brighter of its color.
