hello brothers and sisters

i have a question about were people go when they die. like if a person was completely fooled by xianity and they died where would they go? also were would a person go if they were atheists? BTW im kinda new and last night i was meditating and working all my chakras (mainly my heart chakra) and after i finished i felt happiness i has laughing and smiling for no reason lol is that supposed to happen? please answer! thanks!!!
