We know that doing Rtr at saturn hour is best. I want to make it clear. Should you do it at saturn hour or start at saturn hour. Lets say that saturn hour stars at 12:05 and finishes 13:05 but you should strat rtr according to the evil goy timer When the minutes show 00. Which is better? to start at saturn hour like in this case at 13:00. ? Or start at 12:00 and most of the process will be done at saturn hour?

It's best to do it during the Saturn hour AND at the timer. That has a double effect. The hour of Saturn has kicked in AND you are linking up to others as they start, synchronization.

If you can't do it during the Saturn hour for whatever reason, doing during the hour of Mars is next best
