Hello. I am not an athlete, but I once started doing amateur push-ups from the wall and I still do them sometimes. But if before nothing happened, then today, when I started doing them again, already on the second push-up I felt as if something "clicked" in my forearm (I FELT, it was like something instantly, in one second, shifted) on the inside, just below (closer to the wrist) the elbow, on the line of the little finger. Immediately I felt a rapidly increasing numbness, unbearable heat and, it seems, a little pain in the little finger and ring finger. This lasted, maybe, about fifteen seconds. After which everything began to subside - the numbness was the last to go. I was scared at the moment these sensations arose, but then I calmed down a little - after all, everything passed. But I became VERY curious - did I hurt myself there? It would not be superfluous to add that when I went to the shower a little later, my little finger was shaking as if from overexertion when I held the shower head in my left hand. I will be grateful for any of your answers.
