Question #4563: Can chakras be opend and empowered this way ?

As far as i know chakras need three things :-
- cleaning
- opening
- empowerment

So i personaly clean my aura and chakras its easy but for opening and empowering i use deep concentration and focus on each chakra from base to crown is this enough ? Because i tried spinning them or breathing energy into them and it didnt work well to me.

I just focus as much as i can on each chakra while affirmming that i am now opening them and empowering them here and now
