Question #3532: I had an ultra realistic dream. Am I on the right track or what does it mean?

When I woke up to go to the bathroom and go back to sleep in the morning, I had a super realistic dream, it was more intense than reality and I was in it or I was randomly realized by my astral body, I can't say for sure, I was lying in the same place I am now outside the dream, on my bed, mastering the meditation inside the dream, and I saw a bug flying towards me, but I didn't just see my face, I saw the whole room, like it was a camera in the air, and at the same time I was seeing in first person, and as the bug got closer I started to react a bit, it was so close to me that I closed my fingers around it, and then I woke up abruptly with the same feeling, like it was still there, but less vivid, I even looked around the bed looking for it. This is a bit of a confusing situation for me. oh and yeah right i didn't mention that i started to get good at meditating in my sleep my meditations have become fully realized but i still sleep well and can dream when i stop focusing but i still lack practice

Was it like first person in one eye and camera in the other cuz I've had same experiences when I was younger but like they were me running from people and dying but they were so real to me
