I would focus heavily on void meditation. I used to get these attacks. I cleaned my aura, built up multiple aura of protections and focused heavily on void meditation. This helps you clear your mind and so you can control your thoughts. It also increases your focus. I would also cast out these entities in the name of Father Satan, he is much more powerful than you realize. I also used affirmations to void enemy attacks as this is manifested within the astral realm with the higher part of your soul and filters down into this realm. Also if you have dedicated, Father's aura will help protect you from enemy attacks. Best of luck, and don't give up. An enemy attack means you're on the right path, so let it assure you that if you weren't they wouldn't bother you. Use this opportunity to know you are getting attacked because you are on the right path, and empower yourself. After you become adept you can make them pay for their atrocities, after all they are gentile hating entities. Most outside of SS don't get attacked because they are following the enemy agenda and basically what is happening is those gentiles pray and the enemy collective, including the Galactic Obliteration Device (GOD) uses this energy to destroy us. It's time for recompense and our resolve must be firm!

PS If you're not familiar with affirmations, use them in a positive connotation. Such as, "My mind, body, soul, and chakra's are clean and healthy." "I am relaxed and happy." What happens in affirmations is that your throat chakra manifests your thoughts into the astral realm and the higher part of your soul uses this energy to create your reality. Its goes much deeper but I'll start with the fundamental basics. By empowering your throat chakra the effects become much stronger and happen faster. Also you have to believe in yourself without doubt and know that it is happening. The power of your mind is truly astonishing, utilize the power of your mind for your own benefit.
