Places the gods visited

The gods seem to have traveled to many places while they were on earth. I haven't seen anything about the gods visiting anywhere like the americas or australia or anything. The stuff i read showed that the gods really loved africa and they grew very popular there getting worshipped. Did the gods ever visit other parts of the world? How did they even travel? Earth was an entirely new planet and if i was part of an advanced civilization i would love to explore it all, probably not australia though; i understand why the gods wouldn't wanna go there lol. No offense aussies.
