Hello, lately i have been really good doing all of my habits from my therapist such as rituals yoga affirmations and more but I stoped meditating after a year or more of doing the program because I am still so new so I don’t know if I’m missing the power of the meditations such as my perfect soul mate meditation to attract her because I’m so lonely my whole life searching for her and dealing with these alien voices trying to attack me all day. My friends never talk to me and my one good friend is now my enemy because his vile words he would use to bully me the jew little scum he is. I was wondering maybe I could just practice a certain meditation and maybe add it as a habit so I can get back into it sense I failed the commitment. Because I want someone to talk to I want more love in my life I don’t want these voices to try to suppress more of my life then they already have. I still don’t have a job I just door dash a little I want my apartment so bad but I can’t seem to stop vaping thc and nicotine because I enjoy it so I’m stuck living with Jews. Can anyone help me get out this time I live in even tho I’m doing good with my habits and help me keep doing them? Thank you!
