Well I recall reading in one of H.P. Maxine's sermons that Father Satan said to her "We reincarnate them until they are ready to come here".
In this case I'd like to believe that since we are all Enki's creations he has complete power over what happens to us over death, and in all his glory, he decides to reincarnate us. Returning us to our mortal lives until we are wise and intelligent enough to seek him out.
