okay I have a meditation that you can do it's basically foundation
meditation but you visualize white-gold energy. I do this every night
before I go to bed. and what I'm about to post I give all credit to
Maxine she posted this a long time ago but I can't remember if it was
on this e-group or JoS e-group, but here it is.
"1)Breathe in white-gold energy as you would with the energy
foundation meditation.

dont need to go into a deep trance with this just concentrate on
feeling the energy enter your being on each inhale and then visualize
a pwoerful brilliant light, like the sun becoming brighter and
brighter with each exhalation. once you get this going it becomes
very easy and takes little time.
2)Affirm: " I am Breathing in powerful protective energy into my aura
that is deflecting and sending and harmful or negative energy
directed at me right back to the senders. This energy is building a
powerful aura of protection around me. This aura protects me at all
times in every way."
say this to yourself eight times for eight inhales."
okay so thats it, whats in " " is word for word from a post Maxine
put up in an e-group a few years ago, so I give all credit to
Maxine. you can also do this more then once a day but I just do it
once a day right before I go to bed.

Idk, but If he has done no training then why bother. Also you could
