hello , and i hope someone is able to clear this for me i am going to be doing the satanic  ritual so i can Make my Commitment to Satanand dedicate my soul to him . but I dont understand the last step 

You will need:

• 1 or more black, blue or red candles (as many as you like)</li>
• A sterilized needle or razor</li>
• A piece of clean paper, large enough to write the prayer below</li>
• A dry pen, where you sign your name in blood (dip the ip of the pen in your blood)</li>MY QUESTION IS ; when it says "A dry pen" means no ink in it right ? i dont get "where you sign your name in blood"  and "(dip the ip of the pen in your blood)" 
  do i have to dip the blood inside the pen and then use it to do my signature on the paper ? also do i have to write the prayer all with my blood or with a pen and just use the blood to write my signature with my finger ? at the end ?can you please explain me that . thank you

a dry pen is a pen that doesn't have any ink in it and then when you sign your name you dip the dry pen in your blood so you can write your name in blood. you can write the dedication in pen and then sign your name in blood. you can use your finger to sign your name instead of the dry pen. thats what i did. hope this helps.

Only your name at the end needs the blood. The rest can be in ink.
