Hello, I'm new to the such. I've done the initation and I try to do a
meditation session every day. I just have a few questions.

1. Does EVERYONE have a guardian demon or is it just a few people?

2. If yes to above any idea how to fingure out mine? I can't find
anything to do the pengalum and I can't get my ouija board to work.
I'm still trying I'm just wondering if something's wrong.

3. Exactly how should I meditate? The thing I do is simply take deep
breath from the nose with my stomatch going in and out and my chest
still. I focus on ym breathing which helps empty the mind and
eventually I am relaxed and unaware of thing around me. Any
suggestions on how I should really meditate?

4. My ouija board I keep thinking I'm doing it myself. Not out of
fear or anything just that I'm ussualy and imaginary and very
creative person so my mind is wild (Though I do meditate to calm it).
There's a way people use the ouija board I forget what it's called
but it's when you know what the plattete is gonig to move to before
it does. However it feels more like I'm doing it myself. Any idea on
this?

I'll probably end up have more questions later...

***Follow the instructions on the site. Just stay calm and it will work.

***Visualize ur chakras. See them spinning and breathe energy in them
by breathe & visualization.

***Try asking questions that u wouldn't know. Such as the atomic
number of an element. Then check and see its accuracy.
