Need some insite.

Ive been dedicated for more than 3 months now and I keep getting distracted from progression in empowering my soul.
For instance I meditate before work every day and im happy and strong for the first 4 hours or so, then like something out of left field I start to have major mood swings, anger and frustration, depression or sadness and a tension headache for the rest of my shift.
Would my super xian religious family praying for me be the culpret? Or maybe the number of people I come into contact with at work? Is there a rune or a meditation I can do to help repel such conditions as these?
Ps, I read on one of the posts that floride is bad for your pineal gland and my state floridates the tap water, which I drink from a fountain durring work. Would this have an immediate effect on my abilitys or am I worrying over nothing.

Power meditations are like a psychic cleaning house. All the mood swings, depression, etc. are more than likely the side effects of your soul cleansing itself of all the bad energy and filth that it’s accumulated over time. Void meditations can be a big help in dealing with these.  Ive been in your situation before and i know how bad it sucks. I figured this obstacle out on my own. Yes it is the fluoride water and if any christian relative knows your secret then thats adding the cherry to your problem shake.  Let me tell you my story. I work alone at night in a shop, i get there 3 hours before i begin my night shift. That gives me just enough time to meditate and one of my exercises. 15 min before i began working i engulfed my aura with red energy to keep me going through the night. http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Color.html  Witch i hardly regret not having affirmed the energy it was just lingering on my aura. This caused me to drink 38 oz of fluoride water. Why? because red energy CAUSES ACCIDENTS IF not affirmed correctly. So after i finished my last cup of that disgusting shit i started getting a slight headache and i got very sleepy at 12 am then it felt like i was on some weird drug. Reminded me of morphine it made me very CLUMSY and with no motivation, it was then that i realized i drank the nasty fluoride water that was in the shops dispenser. Because my pineal gland is somewhat higher than the average persons, it hit me real hard. Average people dont notice the side effects of fluoride water because their pineal glands are WEAK. So i only lasted 3 hours out of 7  and went back home. The next morning i empowered my pineal gland with the help of the sun and now im beter than before. Red energy triggered the accident, fluoride water was the cause of that nasty condition. My advice to you is to stop drinking that fluoride water and do your aura of pertections EACH night. Pack an aloe water or a fiji water to work you can find both at a 711. Fiji water doesnt carry fluoride in it but it is pricey because of the jews kosher tax. You can also make christian prayers bounce back at the person (once you figure out who it is). Its best to keep your identity hidden specially if your loved ones are religious.  HAIL FATHER SATAN!

Another good water that is Fluoride Free is Deer Park (With the Red line on the label- From Pennsylvania), or Ozarka Natural Spring Water. Depends on where you are in the country as to what you can get. My wife and I use Deer Park for everything, even coffee and cooking (except for boiling hotdogs, and making pasta).  Hail Father Satan!!

What about in home water filters? Ive been having similar trouble they fluride the water in Australia too. What else effects the pineal gland? I seem to get really tired after I meditate lately and feel like I have rocks in my head, heavy and lethargic and unmotivated. I just got over a sickness and was pumped full of antibiotics I have been eating yogurt but even before that I was tired all the time. Ive been having some serious insomia at other times... can't sleep then once alseep can't wake up.
