Need Help With Finding Aura/ Rasising Enegery....

HI, My name is Mark and I need serious help. I need help finding my aura and raising energy. I'm 13 so the website is kind of complicated. i HAVE NOT dedicated my soul yet... i have to hurt myself to do that and I was wondering if that was the problem. If it was, im going to have to buy a bunch of stuff for the ritual, and maybe wait a couple of years until I can do it without anybody noticing. Thanks

You can perform the Dedication Ritual in your astral temple. As for energy work, practive energy breathing and eventually you will feel it radiating from your body, this is the Aura.
