i guess u'r rite as the feeling of strain/sore has reduced a bit and i feel my body a little lighter(i hope its not a bad sign)
i wanted to ask another thing
although i've been doin breathing exersises only fot about 5 days now
and the foundation meditation for about 3 weeks now
whenever now i do the foundation meditation its different
the 1st 2 days after doing the breathing exersizes when i did the foundation meditation i could like feel a huge pressure from outside on my body like i'm draining something like a blackhole!
and only in a few days it has reduced to a point that now when i do energy breathing(foundation) exersize, i feel only a light pressure like the feeling when you breath in air- you only feel a slight movement from nose to lungs nothing more--thats how i feel
i just feel like some light air enter inside my body thats it
although there is a chance something might be wrong
whenever i breathe in energy my body immediately gets either relaxed(if its tired or pressurised),etc. basically i feel a lill better everytime!
plZ explain.
and am i ready to go to next meditations and if yes which ones should i do
i also was wondering why can't i see energy as it was written that after some time when u get a feel for it u will begin to see it as well
or i will see it after i open my thirt eye???
and
am i doing something wrong?
