hi everyone.im from mongolia.and im 18 years old.hmm ive been wondering for a newbie what chakras are least have to be open in order to see spirits and demons and hear them.I really Need a Demon Teacher.

well thecrown chakra third eye chakra 6th chakra an throat chakra. and clairaudient points. if you are new you must be patient. the yahoo groups is what we are here for questions and help if you meditate consistently you will start to be open enough. be patient and read the meditation sections carefully an correctly. good luck and pace urself.
