Over the past week, my body has been feeling a bit strange. Normally, I can eat perfectly fine, but this week, it seems that even just a bowl of soup make me so full that it hurts. I am also feeling a bit down and lazy.. which I do not like being this way. I have been doing my crown chakra opening and have been doing aura protection and chakra cleansing. Should I work out more? Meditate more? I feel a bit down and I do not want to slack off, but sometimes I just want to lay in bed.

What you write here is related to low fire energy, especially the poor appetite. Although many imbalances can cause one to feel strange or tired, appetite is connected to one's digestive fires. Do things to increase your fire energy, such as the breath of fire pranayama, Tibetan 5 Rites, most traditional exercise, Sun salutations, solar kriya, Kundalini Yoga, etc. Regarding appetite specifically, holding an acupoint called Stomach 36 helps a lot. The stomach relates to the Sun as it is our body's source of energy, just like the Sun itself.

Brother while we’re at the topic, I’ve had a bad case of IBS and bad digestion since I was younger.

But it’s been getting worse.
Sometimes it feels like it’s a mix between weak/blocked/painful lower chakras specially 2nd and Solar and physical digestive problems like heartburn, gastric reflux, and trapped gas.

I’ve never really directly worked on this situation I just left it underlying in the background and got used to those feelings/pain.
I thought maybe if I meditate/did yoga consistently all that would go away and since I’m not meditating consistently it’s natural I’m feeling blockages.

It’s also probably genetic my mother has all of that as well.

Do you know a realistic way or routine that I can work on to address this.

Thank you so much!

Heartburn and gastric reflux sound like your stomach energy is going upwards, like a lack of cooling. Trapped gas sounds more like a yang weakness, but I can only speculate. If the problem is a lack of fire, then general weakness and fatigue are more likely, whereas if the problem is related to the Moon, then you may feel like it is hard to let things go, whether emotionally or physically (referring to your bowels), feel comfortable, or fall asleep easily. The sign of Virgo also rules the intestines so placements with this sign would also factor in.

Yoga would help, although extra effort towards the intestines in any of these solutions would likely be required. If it is hard for you to maintain a steady routine, then yoga + acupoints like large intestine 4 would probably be your best bet at raising and directing healing energy to the intestines to resolve this.

Fire is always the source of vitality, but the strength of these other placements determines the "efficiency" of how the energy is received to the associated part of the body. A Moon Square would help resolve any imbalance, but it also cannot directly replace low vitality. With Mars in Leo, and the Sun soon in Sag, as well as the Taurus Esbat, you could start a healing working, and/or do the ritual of any healing God as you get time.

Thank you brother, I tried massaging the LI4 point and pain was relieved very well although it was unbearable like minutes ago.

Thanks!

I've been loving your information on healing work and habits to improve corporal balance, JG. Great work that ended up in a lot of my notes, and a few of your answers have helped my stomach feel better in the past.
You should make a general post with a little bit of advice for many cases, as well as more sources where we can do our own research on this. If you have posts that already do this and I've missed them, do show them.

I was going to make a post asking about it, but it turns out that I have exactly the opposite problem: I eat and sometimes when only an hour has passed I feel hungry again, which sometimes makes me end up eating too much throughout the day.
I never have problems with acidity, reflux or heavy digestions.
