Ok so say my sun is 17"50 Gemini supposedly in the 8th house and my ninth house starts 18"09 Gemini

The degrees are accurate and my natal degrees I wonder is my sun in my 9th or 8th house. I have wondered this for awhile.

I had a reading with former Guardian BlackDragon, and he did interpret that with your example while the sun is in the eighth house, it’s conjunct the 9th house cusp so it has a similar interpretation to being in the 9th house as well.

And I think this was very accurate for me.
