When I do lift training, the right part of the body is much weaker than the left. Even during daily life, It feels like the right part has blockages and energy not able to flow. What should I do about it?

Regarding physical issues, work much more towards regulating your right part of the body until balance is met. When you do them, do you use proper form?

I'm not very knowledge in the health domain, and there may be a health issue regarding your right side of your body that you might not know of. Imbalances are quite common for weightlifting practitioners. I see this mostly as a physical issue, because the physical body pertains to the spiritual as well, and you can't allow yourself to have much weaker parts as you have stated. Energy should circulate without any issues, and you should have a perfectly sustained body.

See if there's something that you neglect to do within your life. Perhaps you are not doing meditation properly? Neglected Yoga? Do you do cardio as well to complement weightlifting? You may have blocked chakras. Use the Thor Rune if required.

As for spiritual affairs, perform daily breathing exercises, the more advanced opening meditations if you haven't yet and hatha yoga. Practicing these rigorously should alleviate any energy blockages, along with other meditations that concern breathing intensely within your whole body.
