When is the next ritual going to take place? I feel they should be done more frequently.

You can do Destruction Rituals against the enemy whenever you want and as often as you want. You don't have to wait for the Monthly Rituals, these are there for Group Participation, but anything you do in your own time contributes as well. Also don't forget on line warfare. This is another great way to get the Truth out.
