Good day to all SS. I have been suffering from a psychiatric problem where my doctor has given me medication but since drugs create holes in the aura I wish to stop . But I am also worried about my mental problem whether it will be solved or not. Can anyone provide me with any meditation which i can use to hell my mental problems. Currently I am using the Wunjo rune ....this has provided me with emotional strength but my mental problem has not subsided. I will be grateful for you help.

I dont have much knowledge of runes but I HAVE gotten over my many mental problems i suffered from in the past. Im not sure i can give a one method answer but ill tell you how i overcame those things ^-^ I don't know what mental problems you have but most mental problems can be solved by Void, intense aura cleaning, self management and creating less stress, cumming works for me if i do it at most once per day, and asking help from the gods, ive overcome so many things with help from our wonderful Gods ?. I was a sick maniac that felt like i couldnt handle anything, constant thoughts of suicide, murdering my family and raping my neighboors 5 year old daughter, had strong fetishes for gore and torture, and i healed all of that into becoming the powerful, willful, and dedicated warrior of Satan i am now. Just take time every night to contemplate your day, your life in general and do your best to patch up any past troubles. It took me a little over 2 years but i got smarter as time passed and as my intelligence grew with my will, my problems just passed by. I no longer have any "strange" feelings about...past "things" XD. You can overcome a lot Love, i believe in you and wish for your betterment. Color meditation can be just as powerful as runes when reprogramming the soul, colours are more defined in there purpose then runes and can be done easily without suspicion of others any place and at anytime.

Although it’s tempting to pursue all your problems at once I would recommend going after them one at a time, there’s less chance for error when you keep things simple.
