Meditation that was shown to me.

ok ummm about 4 days ago was meditating and i sensed this energy and i asked if it was with satan and i got a surge of pleasant energy and then i got an image in my mind of a meditation that works on not just the mind but the third eye chakras and the aura as well first draw in breath and hold 4 ten seconds,upon the exhale visualize a golden light falling upon the crown of ur head then direct it to ur third eye chakra and back up through ur head and into ur aura its the most blissful meditation i have ever done.

I think what you did was the Pineal/Crown Meditation. You probably was just activating your pineal gland. So, that's a good thing, aha.
