heartbreak is a... difficult subject. I wish there was a meditation specifically to remove it, but there isn't. There are several things you can do though, but they are time consuming practises. I will list them for you;
- you should meditate on your aura and visualize the bond the two of you had. Then, if you want it to die, visualize yourself cutting the bond and healing the hole it leaves in your aura. This will make you spiritually independent. Do this several times, until you feel the bond to be truly gone.
- Meditate on your grief. Feel it. Accept it. You probably shared something beautiful together, embrace the fact that you lost that and feel the sadness. Cherish it. To feel, is to live. Remember that.
- And lastly, this is as important as any other practice. Take your time. No matter what people say, this is a personal problem and there is no one who can tell you how to deal with it.
