Legislation will have to be made in such a way that interpretation will be out of discussion. There are two factors in the enemy’s vision about legislation which grant advantages to immoral individuals and empowers the nature of the enemy. One is the fluid understanding and prone to interpretation texts in the law and the second one and the most important one is the low level of spiritual and natural understanding of humans and their purely materialistic views of life which makes them ignore the long-term consequences and the fact that what one does over here matters over there.
One can have the perfect constitution and legislation, if nobody has the moral drive to defend and apply those written texts in reality even in the face of danger and blackmailing, then the written text will not stand. This is why, a collective awakening in consciousness is vital for this chapter and for the continuation of humanity.
The penal code in many countries specifies that an individual is only allowed to defend himself with equal force in the face of imminent danger which is the most either retarded or purposely evil principle one cand invent and impose upon the population. Once anyone has opened hostilities unprovoked against another individual, they have lost all moral rights and entitlements of any kind no matter how small or big is the offense. You do not humanly go and provoke someone with no reason.
Sure, we can talk about nuances here and conclude that if someone calls someone “stupid”, they should not pull a gun and commit a crime. That is way disproportionate.
There are cases in which someone is acting violent and if the victim does not act fast, they may end up in a hospital or even worse. So, the victim punches the aggressor and he falls of and knocks his head on the sidewalk. Something bad happens. Legislation and especially the ones in charge of applying it, must take all circumstances into account.
Another situation which happened in Romania was that a thief broke into the house of someone. The victim in cause had a gun and gun owner license and shot the thief. In court, in according to legislation, the judge concluded based on the investigations that the thief was shot in the back as probably the thief saw the owner pull out the gun and aim for him quickly deciding to turn away and run. The owned in a fraction of a second shot the thief in the back. In accordance to the legislation of that time, one is only allowed to do so in case the aggressor poses an imminent threat. By those circumstances, the judge concluded that he was not an imminent threat and sentenced the owner to prison.
Now morally speaking, the thief had no business breaking into a house and putting even his own life at risk. Maybe the judge was an acquaintance of the thief or his family or friends.
Such legislation formulations must not be possible in our society and children must be given such examples in school as bad and immoral manipulation of the law.
Also, at that time, such defense methods would only be allowed “when it is dark outside” which is clearly dependent on the seasons and the sun’s positioning varying. Who in their right mind would formulate such mentally retarded legislation. Those are people who went to university. Even stupidity and retardation have their own limits. This is ill will and counting on flexible legislation to create opportunity for ill willed individuals. Only someone with the same views would place such well thought paragraphs into the legislation and penal code.
Besides legislation, people must morally and consciously understand such situations and be trained to resist them. They must be trained to hate injustice and love common sense. They must love good and honest people. We are being thought under the enemy that evil and swindlers prevail by example so youngsters abandon the notion of good from an early age. This is manifested especially in liberalism and progressive movements as most of those vermin only count on appearances, the blatant proof that their soul is trying to compensate visually for the actual state of it.
This phenomenon is not only found in the above ideologies, but it is usually the peak manifestation of this.
On the opposite side, the peak of human evolution and advancement will be attained when people develop the drive to take the moral decision and act with common sense in the face of danger, pressure and blackmail. Those are tests almost all of us are faced with during our lives. Sometimes, the test only comes once so there may be no room for second chances. It is true that there are circumstances in one’s life that may face them with horrifying consequences. Those, again are nuances that leave room for debate, however there are historic figures that believed even when faced with horrifying odds, one can still chose to resist even if the Gods might not punish the runner in such situations, but instead reward the extremely brave in the same set of circumstances.
Marcus Aurelius wrote in his “Meditations” book: “Nothing ever happens to a man that he is not fitted by nature to bear”.
If people become so low as to even give in to validation norms and social pressure, how can they be there for you in even more dangerous and challenging situations.
The Universe gives us tests to either grow us sift us. There may be few who go through the sieve, but we must work with what is left.
“When law and morality contradict each other, the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense or losing his respect for the law.”
