This is may be of interest to those of you who really enjoy practicing Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh:
http://www.amazon.com/Kundalini-Yoga-Gu ... 080&sr=8-1
Gurmukhs DVD has been with me for many years now, and it's a DVD that I often go back to. The entire DVD covers everything from head to toe and you work up a good sweat along the way. It has a good progression too..you start with gentle warm up kriyas and then it moves into a strengthening phase which also becomes quite cardio vascular and then it slows down again with meditation combined pranayam and relaxation to the Gong.
Journey through the chakras - RaviAna yoga:
http://www.amazon.com/Kundalini-Yoga-Jo ... 324&sr=1-1
This DVD is almost like a 'laser' as it's so specific in the way it directs its energy into each individual chakra. Starting from the root chakra working its way up to the crown. The DVD has both physical kriyas and mantras and the entire routine takes 90min.
HAIL SATAN!
