i found JoS through a friend almost 14 years ago. i had success with the meditations and i will always be thankful to the site for those meditations. although, i only ever did the head chakras, mostly because i was so mesmerized by seeing auras, also laziness i suppose. however, ive recently undergone a kundalini awakening, i wont share all the experiences as id like to keep them personal but my head and back are doing a rocking motion when i meditate now. sometimes my head does a pecking motion. are these motions helping massage the nadis out? my inclination is that it is helping me massage the knots out and not just saying "no, cant pass" at them. hail melek ta'us! the beautiful truth!

1 more thing, does anyone know where i can get a jos style baphomet ring?

If you only did head chacras and you got awakened kundalini, the best you can do is preparing soul from Base chakra and slowly going up. Probably head ones were your major weakness in this life and after all you are ready "to go up". Your base should be "energy flexible" because if serpent go through it and it won't be ready you receive certain damage and pain in best case.
Body shaking because snake is preparing way to climb. Focus on Base. You can traditional meditate to it, but also try to flow energy from base to other chacras and back. Like - From Base to 7th and back,
From Base to 6th and back etc. Try to feel which connection is weak and work at it to achieve flexibility, after all you should receive specific "snake crossing" feeling
