Just calm your whole body.feeling is important.just feel you are totally relaxed.no worries,tensions.then try the void meditation.it is the ultimate as it helps to get into trance.

Im a noob meditator and i wana experience trance state and how to get into a
trance state faster, as some meditations require a trance state to make the
meditation more effective.
Also the energy breathing meditation, what should i visulize or feel experience
ect.?
Also and final question, could we program energy so we could change physical
appearance, because i have this flaw i wana get rid of and i was just wondering.
