Ignore the physical positions, they only help you to focus; other than that, they arent necessary. It's the meditations that are key. Just do the meditations and ignore any physical movements if it puts you at risk.Â

Only do what you are physically capable of. Have you tried the 5 Tibetan Rites? If you can do the kundalini spinal series you can probably do those too. Always start off with just a few reps and slowly work your way up as your body adapts.
And when it comes to Godhood and physical limitations, remember that as you advance on your way to Godhood you will be able to fix yourself. If the Mangum Opus grows back teeth etc, I'm sure it can heal your spine, and you also have the option of biokinesis. It might take decades, but don't think it's impossible.
Hail Father Satan!

I have two metal bars supporting my spine, and the thought of doing almost every single one of those stances makes me shudder [I think i'm only able to do 2 without any strains] ; Am I ever able to reach Godhood with this physical limitation? or will I have to wait until I'm reincarnated once more in a physically able form?
Would it suffice to only follow the Kundalini and alt. breathing programs while leaving out the Hatha?
