Are there any good teaching materials and sources of iron shirt chi kung that aren't altered or corrupted? Was curious if anyone had any knowledge of this source of info. I briefly have seen it mentioned once or twice in these forums, and even tried to find anything at all in the search history related specifically and came up short. Thanks
