Last night around 10 pm CT or so, I was trying to fall asleep. Just as I'm relaxed, I feel a tugging at the base of my spine. I figured it was a muscle or so, so I didn't think much of it. Well, that tugging feeling turned to a burning. This feeling persisted for probably a minute or so, then I felt what I think would be my kundalini slowly crawling up my spine. Anytime I moved my head or my torso, it would tell me to not move, and it sounded like a female voice. It spent about a minute or two each at my sacral, solar plexus, heart and throat chakras, then went straight up to my 6th and came out through my 3rd eye. It was really bright, too. This morning around 6:20 or so, I woke up and my entire body was cased in what looked like vapor or something like that. I waved my hand back and forth in front of my eyes, and finally my aura changed back to its blue color. Around 10:30 this morning, my base chakra was tingling and burning.
Now, Idk if this could've been a trick of some sort or what, but I would greatly appreciate some opinions and others' input on this.
