Info on houses' cusp

Hi to all!

I'd like to know how can I interpret the cusp of a house in a certain sign.
For example, what kind of effects can brig the cusp of the 2nd house in Capricorn? Can we read it like we have Saturn in the second house ( considering that Saturn is the ruler of capricorn) ?

The cusp of your 2nd house in Capricorn means Saturn rules your 2nd house. You will want to look at your natal Saturn and see what factors are affecting your natal Saturn. You will need to look at the house your Saturn is in, the sign your Saturn is in, any aspects affecting your Saturn, if your Saturn is conjunct/opposite any stars, and what degree your Saturn is on.
