Hi Debbie, I hope you don't mind one more tip. In your last email, you said you've always had a lack of the earth AND the water elements. You've been working on increasing earth, how about "invoking (the) water element?" Since earth & water are complimentary elements, it would stand to reason that it could help. "Invoking Water" can be found on the same meditation page where the earth meditation is. The best of everything to you! Hope this helps a little more!!! Friend jene.

Hi Jene. I hope you dont mind giving me some additional advice. I have 2 questions. The first is it normal to become very tired after meditation? And the second do you have any more advice for learning the name of my guardian? I havent been very successful. Thank you
