I know this dosn't answer your question directly, but if you take a look through the 'Meditations' section on the JoS. And specifically take a look at the different pages on the soul, chants and sounds. I think you'll be able to find your answer.
I know there is a page somewhere on increasing your vibration. But I can't recall where abouts it is. Do some digging and perhaps you'll find it.

The Chariot of Ra meditation is a good one for that.All you do is start with your base chakras and vibrate very low until you feel it effect it.And then you do the 2nd chakra and so on,as you raise the pitch of the vibration..As you do it you will feel your chakra respond to a certain vibrations.

When you breathe in see the energy flowing into the chakra and when you exhale vibrating the rune see that chakra glowing.
  1)for BASE chakra on the exhale vibrate SOL 16 times (as 16 is the number of this rune)2)for SACRAL  chakra on the exhale vibrate INGUZ 22 times (as 22 is the number of this rune)3)for SOLAR PLEXUS  chakra on the exhale vibrate SOL 16 times (as 16 is the number of this rune)4)for HEART chakra on the exhale vibrate GEBO 14 times (as 7 is the number of this rune) 5) for THROAT chakra on the exhale vibrate ANSUZ 16 times (as 4 is the number of this rune)
6) for SIXTH  chakra on the exhale vibrate MANNAZ 20 times (as 20 is the number of this rune) 7)  for CROWN  chakra on the exhale vibrate DAGR 23 times (as 23 is the number of this rune) 
  
      You can increase the number of  vibrations of that RUNE according to its number. Please try it  for at least a  week and see the difference.

Also the four pillars are Earth, Water, Air and Fire. Each of these keeps it stable so to speak, so that your consciousness can manifest itself, there are great benefits to mastering the four elements.
