Imbuing objects with energy

Is it possible to imbue any object with our own energy and use it as a catalyst or something of sorts? If so, could someone help me out with the steps for that?

You can put energy into any object, whether that energy is your own or from an external source like the Sun or Moon. The same way you invoke energy into your chakras either by breathing the energy in or by drawing, the same can be applied to inanimate objects.
