My guardian haures has been so caring and understanding she knows that I have my times when I'm lazy on my meditations and she has told me to try to at least meditate just for a minute and I guess I had higher expectations of myself but she has taught me to just be myself do what I can and not punish myself like the lies of xianity that have been forced on my brain.
And to add I would like to thank the brothers and sisters in the jos who have helped me you have kept my mind centered when I thought I could never make it and I would like to make a public thanks to my dear haures thank you for your love and kindness
