I'm not sure if I can feel my pineal gland.

I have been meditating, and have opened up all my major chakras. However, I have been doing the awakening exercises for the third eye and pineal gland, as well as the 6th chakra. When I vibrate 'b-b-b-b-b-b-b', I feel it in my third eye, and in my pineal gland, near the lower back of my head. I try locating it with a ball of white gold light, so that way, it may be further stimulated. But I do not know if I have found it. I feel something light and pleasant in that area, but it's not overwhelming. Is it supposed to be overwhelming pleasure, when one finds and surronds their pineal gland with white-gold light?

Also, I used to do a LOT of ecstasy (MDMA) and cocaine in the past, much to my regret and personal detriment. Because these drugs have altered the amount of serotonin/endorphins I actually have to date (which means, I have a great deal less then most people), would this have an effect on how strongly I feel the pineal gland?
