Vovim has a meditation now that increases vibrations/frequences
that involves spinning the pillars of the soul


Different frequences/virbations allow access to other dimensions
a higher freqeuncy/vibration allows one to exist on a higher plain, aka the next dimension
Vovim talked about the 4th dimension, which the Gods exist on, many higher as well though
4th dimension is complete immersion in botht the astral and physical, the two become inseperable
the 5th dimension is where time and distance become complete illusions
6th has to with an even higher awareness state, like total awareness of the self
*not sure how to explain the 6th, too lazy to bother
When we meditate, our souls amass more energy, the more energy, the higher the frequency
but tuning into higher frequencies and vibrations boosts you higher
So now whenever I am spinning my chakras
I just don't command them to spin at the speed of light
I feel them tuning into higher frequencies
and going well beyond the speed of light
I do this with all aspects of my soul when I empowering something
same with my thoughtforms, i make them tune into higher vibrations thus adding to their strength
Most of my thoughtforms are for defending me from attacks
Sooo, it's nice to have them powerful
