I just bought a new house next to a graveyard.

I just bought a house with a one acre lot adjacent to an old graveyard.

Besides the usual death spell works and getting the occasional grave yard dirt, what else can (or should) I do?

The property is semi-wooded with orange trees, many wild flowers, and dead people living next to me.

There are not a lot of things that you can use from a graveyard. The only use i have seen is in a death spell ( just read it in the advanced section of satanick magick).
