Always remember, it is very important to learn to control anger. When one reaches a certain level, offenders, whether they are outsiders or loved ones, will meet with misfortune. This can be very upsetting when a loved one gets into an accident or falls ill as a result of your anger. This comes with power and should be controlled. When one's energy field is powerful enough, it does not take much. We must always be sure we intend for offenders to get punished. After unintentional anger, if the offender apologizes and the hard feelings are gone and then the person meets with disaster, this can cause much regret.

How to deal with anger, 'https://ancient-forums.com/threads/base-yoga-repressed-anger.47239/#post-210075' I did the Lizard pose a few times, doing it made my consciousness come down, and I was less inside 'brain' and was more like seeing things from below, it also surfaced anger on certain things, other than trying to 'Go through previous angrer, fix it and make sure it doesn't happen again for similar and other reasons?' are there meditations?, other than keeping onself in higher vibrations? - I've noticed people making me angry, and getting something out of me (Take away my control), this happens a lot.
