Now u may think that this is childish but hear me out.
On each of your fingers there are three marks and if you take that tip of each finger to be a mark then that's four marks. Take one hand and you have 20 counts (same with the other).Use these marks to keep count of the number of repetitions . Now consider it like this, take a mark on one hand and that represents 20 counts on the other hand(one full cycle as you keep count of things). So during counting with one hand if you count 20 then that will mean one mark on the other hand. Like this you can keep count of the number of repetitions performed . Total number of repetitions that can be counted at a time is=20 * 20=400.
For example : if the number of repetitions is 36 and you use the left hand to count number of 20 repetitions and the right hand to count unit repetitions then that will mean 1 count on the left hand and 16 counts on the right hand. The math goes like this == 20* 1 (left hand marks) + 16 (right hand marks)=20+16 = 36
in case of 54 we have: === 20 * 2 (left hand marks) + 14 (right hand marks) = 40+14 = 54
If you seem to be confused as to how many repetitions you have performed then just do the math.repetitions performed = 20 * (number of left hand marks) + (number of right hand marks)repetitions left=(repetitions to be performed ) - (repetitions performed)
I dont use any rosary so this is how I keep track of the number of repetitions. I hope this was useful to you.
