how do I contact Satan for a serious and urgent issue if I'm still doing the 40 days program? I don't want to bother him so I wouldn't do that if it wasn't urgent. But how do I do that if I don't have the power yet?

Focus intently on his sigil and mentally speak into it. Imagine your thoughts are communicated right into his head.
He will hear you. Don't worry if it is not perfect or you lose focus or whatever. Then, just stay open for signs or guidance.
