What can i do to get better with it !

Patience and persistence and Practice! Use also the rune Isa, repeated use of the rune will make you focused.

<td val[/IMG]It took me a couple of years to get there.It is by far not an over night thing.Just keep trying to slow your beathing and stay motionless as long as you can.Try focusing on a point on the wall and keep your concentration focused on that one point.Just keep working at it and you will get it.
