Hello, I'm finally starting to get back into meditating after I lost interest a couple months ago. So far I've only finished hatha yoga session but I intend to do the other meditations and routines I previously had on schedule.

I've been having talks with my mother about meditation, she is very interested in the idea since I had gave up smoking with practically no issue and the working for overcoming my fear of choking has improved to where I can eat more food without worrying about choking (Definitely planning to do the working again) For the past 2-3 days I've been talking with my mum and even showing her the JOS site also talking to her about meditation and I mentioned to her that meditation can be used to give up addiction. Mum has a meth addiction for over 20 years but she's finally realizing that is a major problem in her life and she asked me if I knew of a meditation she could do to give up the addiction.

I have written down a meditation working to encourage the giving up of drugs. and I've told her that it will take a long time for to achieve results, I've also told mum to do aura cleaning and protection meditation in the morning and night time. I am yet to see her do these meditations but I hope she goes through with it.

I apologize for the long post, but now to ask my question...Is there a meditation I could do assist my mum with giving up her addiction of 20 years?

HAIL SATAN AND ALL THOSE ALLIED TO HIM

It maybe doesn’t have to take a long time to achieve results with it. Munka/ansuz or both together can help with an affirmation about being free of drug addiction. Wunjo Thurizaz and Sowilo can help too in overcoming addiction and the psychological effects of it.

Maybe a separate working for health but only after the addiction is overcome. A secret is trust me on this it will be way easier and less problematic in Quitting physical use of the substance totally once the person has lost interest in it somewhat as in become free of the addiction a little. This will mean way less cravings and it will be much easier.
So the person would start meditation then quit as soon as they feel the hold of it is weaker over them.

The substance in my case was Nicotine vaping and before that Chew and smoking tobacco. I had tried to quit 10 times and always been overwhelmed with inability to keep away from it cause of how strong the withdrawal was. I did munka and ansuz with an affirmation “I am free of nicotine addiction in every way and free of all withdrawal symptoms” After awhile I started not wanting it and tried to quit. The withdrawal was much less and I was not as much craving it. So far so good on it

Anyways something like that may help.
Good luck.

88 or 111 or 216 on munka/ansuz or anything else used to heal or free the mind from addiction for 40 days or however long it takes

Thanks for the replies guys, but I get the feeling this is more centered around me. I do not have any drug addiction, I wrote this topic asking for advice on what I can do to help mum give up her addiction. I've told her she should start with aura cleaning and aura of protection before doing the meditation I had summarized for freeing oneself from drug addiction.....I could try MUNKA working centered around helping mum give up her addiction, but I'm unsure how to go about in affirmation and visualization wise?
