Heat in Solar/Sacral chakras

Last night I was busy doing the venus square and I started feeling an odd heat sensation on these two points ( I think it was more on the sacral chakra than the solar plexus).

Has anyone had similar experiences or have an explanation for this? I've never had this happen before.
