heart chakra problem

Whenever i meditate on my chakras "too much" or sufficiently empower my heart chakra, i wake up in the middle of the nite feeling super overcharged and sleepy at the same time.

It feels like a mass of warm energy that is trapped in the middle of my chest and drives me nuts. This usually happens at 3-4am, while sleeping, and i also notice that every time this happens i also have a massive erection that doesn't go away.

I offer this energy to the Powers and Forces of Hell and only so can i get some relief and drop back asleep.

Every nite, i align all my chakras, vibrate their mantras, and do the spinal series yoga.

What could be happening?

Its probably your kundalini. Kundalini is of sexual energy. The reason why your energy is ''blocked'' is because your upper chakras are probably not open enough yet and the energy cannot vent itself outside and stays inside you. Properly the energy should leak out of your 7th chakra.

Try doing meditations on your chakras to open them, especially heart chakra and the higher ones.
