I have been working on my hand chakras by doing the hand chakra meditation and I am loving the progress. I haven't been a Satanist in this life for very long, and I've found this meditation to me be very encouraging. Its the 1st meditation that I was able to actually *feel* the energy my hand chakras were gathering. From the very 1st time I tried it (I had already opened my hand chakras prior) I could feel the resistance between my hands, proof that the energy is there. Now I am able to feel the energy push my hands further when I am expanding the energy.
For those that are looking for an encouraging meditation that is really useful I definitely reccomend this one. Once your hand chakras are empowered they can be used to open other chakras and eventually heal! Healing is my goal, and this will be extremely belificial since I work at an animal hospital
