Gray attack. HELP PLEASE!!!!?

Ok i know its a gray from the way my mom described how she felt.She said she felt really cold so she went upstairs to get a gersy,anyway she told me she got pushed down the stairs and had to run down so since its a solstace and all if i do a riual to ask father to protect my family will it work? those bitch of grrays cant get to me so they take the fucking easy way out and attack my loved ones i got pissed in a way after hearing that. If you guys know anything else i can do to protect my family and me so i dont ge attact please help out. Fuck Grays!!!!!!!!
